Post 3: Pranks

Ok, so since school is coming to an end I've seen and heard alot of things about pranks. People are planning on a BIG prank to pull on the last day of school. What are some pranks you've pulled either at school or at home?

My dad was always a BIG prankster and just an all around funny guy (not sure if that will come back after the accident) One of the first pranks I remember was when I was about 6 years old my family was over my grandma's house. My grandma is TERRIFIED of bugs, spiders, snakes and creepy-crawlies. So, my dad decided to bring a rubber snake to grandmas. He called me and my younger sister, Emily, into grandmas bedroom and showed us the rubber snake. We squealed with laughter when my dad told us what he was going to do with it. A few hours later grandma told us that she was going to bed and we told her we would just clean up and go home in a few minutes. About 5 minutes later we heard a scream. We all burst out laughing! We stuck it under her bed spread earlier. She came running out of her room screaming "Snake!... Oh lord!.... It attacked me!!" We calmed her down and sat her down on the couch. My little sister walked in holding the rubber snake and told grandma it was fake. She playfully hit my dad and laughed a little. She talked about it for months. That's one of my earliest memories of pulling pranks with my dad.

Post 2: American Idol voting scandal

Ok, so sorry it took me s0 long to post again, but I've been really busy. So the topic of this post is: The American Idol voting 'scandal'

So, I just saw on the internet yesterday that AT&T gave Kris Allen fans phones so they could cast blocks of votes. I personally believe this is true because I am still in shock that Adam Lambert lost and I believe Adam is much more talented than Kris will ever be. American Idol should make it so you can only vote a certain number of times, like they do on Dancing with the Stars. That would be a more accurate way of showing who America thinks has more talent, not some fan-girls who have a phone and some time on their hands and spend the night voting 200 or so times. So what do you think? Do you believe that AT&T really did this? And who do you think deserved to win, Adam or Kris? And please, no "GO KRIS! Adam is gay" or anything like that. Even if he is gay, WHO CARES? It's AMERICAN Idol. And last I checked America was full of DIVERSITY and against prejudice.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Beans

So, I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Erin and this is my little blog. And by little I mean my 'little-i-doubt-it-will-get-more-than-ten-views' blog. And yes, I know you're thinking where did she come up with Peanut Butter and Jelly Beans? Well, I came up with Peanut Butter because that's my dad's little nickname for me. It means alot to me because my dad was in an almost-fatal motercycle accident about a month and a half ago, he messed up his brain pretty badly and we aren't sure if he is ever going to be normal again. (I'll make sure to keep you updated on him) The jelly bean part was just random. I thought peanut butter and jelly sounded to un-original so I googled some other words that would go good with peanut butter. It was going to be Peanut Butter and Jelly Fish, but I had no idea why I added jelly fish. Well, anyways I like jelly beans, so here it is! Peanut Butter and Jelly Beans!
